Preparation Checklist 

Exterior

�  Clean And or clear all,
   ▫ Windows
   ▫ Gutters
   ▫ Garage and Garden Shed
   ▫ Oil stains form driveway and parking area
   ▫ Swimming pool
   ▫ Dead plants from the garden
   ▫ Cob webs
�  Mow and trim the lawns

Interior

�  Clean and clear,
   ▫ Any marks on walls, doors, light switches and carpet.
   ▫ Oven and stove top
   ▫ Any washing on from the line
   ▫ Any cob webs
   ▫ Cigarette or strong food odors
�  Repair and replace any,
   ▫ Light fittings or globes if necessary
   ▫ Leaking taps
   ▫ Cracked windows
   ▫ Sticky doors and gates
�  Open all blinds to allow as much light as possible into the home or turn on all lights
�  Too much furniture or personal belongings will cluttering the space
�  Pleasant Smells i.e. fresh flowers
